hi, may I ask if how many time can you link your blog link post from pinterest in a day to avoid pinterest banned?

It doesn't come down to how many links specifically but about for example, using different and unique URLs. Pinterest doesn't give out a number like that, and I believe there is none. Always think about your followers and what would make sense to them. Its important that they have a good user experience and that you are sharing new content and quality content more than just sharing a ton of random pins, if that makes sense.
