Would be a good thing to send scouts right before bombers for vision on key targets and possible anti-air

Yeah probably a better idea. At least just before I bomb so I don't scare them into making anti air fast.

@@RedSpatulaRTS scouts are cheap vs bombers - so you can easily get 5 out and still have 8 bombers for the attack, but pinpoint strikes on high value energy sites Also I'd recommend after finishing builder the bombers - start building a fighter screen ASAP so the return doesnt happen for the team

@@djgamer457 Yeah I totally do that now. This was maybe my 5th-7th multiplayer game at the time. I go for energy converters first if I see them.

@@RedSpatulaRTS when my scouts do the flying over I do the named marks of locations i spot so even jammers cant stop the thunderrrr

Wow, that early build the Com managed to waste literally as much time as possible, having to move out of the way to make EVERY building after the MEXs =o Unfortunately, most of the first run hit nothing. I would suggest sending Scouts first. Then pick either Metal or Energy to target, so you cripple the whole team on that resource. Second run was good though =) You'd think there would always be an air player, and they'd make Fighters to cover the team, but no one ever seems to make AA, even after getting bombed. Ditto for Nukes.

That bombing run accomplished next to nothing. You invested more mass into the bomber themselves than the targets that they took out.

Fair enough. I still had fun and still learning as I have only been playing for 2 weeks. But appericate the info so I can get better. Still learning the costs of everything too.

@@RedSpatulaRTS I think the idea behind it was good, you just need to streamline the build more. You were sinking metal into an advanced solar you didn't need. Also, as other people pointed out, you should build 1-2 scouts to find suitable targets and where their aa is before sending the bombers in. I'd also suggest instead of splitting them up, using them together and trying to completely wipe one of the enemies base; usually you want to go for the highest ts player. You can also set a patrol queue (shift + h with grid) for the air factory so that your bombers aren't sitting on the ground like that open to attack while you're massing them. Hope that helps.

@@BlGGESTBROTHER yeah I have played about 20 more games since. I now have bombers fly after I build them. I also like helping my teammates push with shurikens. Or have fights on patrol like you mentioned. Your right I didn't take much notice into building what I don't need as I was to focused on my bomb run.

Obviously not nothing. It did a bit of damage and distracted the whole team. But it certainly would have been a lot better with advance scouting.

whatup new player here. not gonna say my actual channel name so as not to self promote. also a new youtuber for a different game. played that game a long time. total noob to vids. what seems obvious to us is not obvious to a new player. im a noob to BAR. no idea what im watching here. need some explanation narration. what are you building? why? whats going on? what are you thinking? what are you looking at? there's probably noobs trying to glean info but cant bc of long stretches of silence. i hope this is viewed as constructive criticism not shitting on you. a future vid detailing similar strats w/more explanation could be really useful.

Oh deffiantly constructive criticism and I really apperiate it as I'm trying to improve. I actually was waiting for a better mic for future videos to narriate more. I released a video last night where I did more. I still have to work on narriating more then I have. I would say 50% of it I'm talking were the rest I'm not.
