First you should touch the boundary of circle. At this position, you will see a small plus (+) symbol on the center of the circle. Now move the mouse pointer to that + and you will see a green circle around the +. Now click, and the center of the circle will be selected.

To get the area of any closed object, we have to use AREA command. In this command, we will get the perimeter of the object also. You may say that, PERIMETER IS FREE WITH THE AREA.

when software ask for center point just touch the boundry of circle .... then you ll see the center point....

In AutoCAD we can draw only the REGULAR polygon by the POLYGON command. So we can draw a rhombus by POLYGON command but not any parallelogram.
