these seem like good additions, they are well needed like the individual tactics sounds very good, i hope also the retired players will have some good mfl monetization :-P

Yeah, i think retired players becoming staff members would be great, but my favorite is an all-star league with retired players where you can still win $MFL. Each agency can field one all-star team and it's competition between agencies. Would be really cool

One thing that I noticed is that no game ends 0-0... Goals on offside getting reversed that´s another thing that it could improve..

Looking at the dev updates those things are the main priority now. Improving the engine, making it more realistic, and also improving the visuals so you never have those offside goals. I notice them too

The most needed feature is substitutions & tactics change during the match though.

Yes, although the big debate is whether it is done live then and you always have to watch your match, or if you can also do some pre-sets or different scenarios, so you don't have to be online as manager

What do you think about maybe extending the age aspect Calv? It feels like ageing by 1 year every season is a bit much. Maybe age 1 year every 6 months or something like that. I know there is a dynamic there where more players must continuously be sold to ensure prize funds but it feels age advances too quickly at the moment 👍🏻

It does feel a bit quick, but maybe i would make the season a bit longer. Longer pre-seasons for testing and during the season never have 2 matches at the same time, always bit stressful/chaotic to have cup and league matches on 1 day. That could also slow down ageing, bit more chill pace
