Is it possible that after vTOS decompression surgery the brachial plexus gets shorter? Went through the surgery (rib resection and scalenectomy) and I have continuous increased tension in the plexus on the surgery side. Is this likely scar tissue or entrapments in the shoulder/pectoralis minor? How should this increased tension in plexus (visible in the neck) be treated?
