I recommend you visit the lesser known areas of Spain. Most of tourism and interest concentrates in the coast and the South, for obvious reasons! But cities right at the heart of Spain or more to the north have a magical atmosphere as well, great food too and beautiful art, architecture, nature and history. I'd recommend Segovia, Salamanca, Ávila... And many more! They might be much colder than you expect in winter 😉 but spring and autumn are always good times to visit. But Granada is enchanting so I don't blame you for returning time and time again, I'd do the same 😉
