Hi Raunak Watch la cell change karne ke baad watch ko ache se seal karna hota hai. Caseback or watch ke beech me ek O-ring hota hai black rubber ka Jo watch ko protect karta hai. Aapko ensure karna hai ke watch ka caseback loose nahi hai + sometimes watch repair person O-ring ko grease ya oil me lubricate karte hain taaki wo water repellent ho jaaye. Company fitted watch ko open karne ke baad only Authorised service centre se hi watch ko open karwaaye.

One watch does it all.. i have GBA 800 presently, I wear it daily, no watch even comes close to the practicality and utility of these watches. Only thing is casio should try to bring little sober, compact and formal watches in the g shock range, so that I can wear on my formal clothes too

@@TheMovingTime GA2100 series is not even close for formal use. Plus, they compensate for the low thickness with more length and width. There is no truly small G Shock watch in existence yet. All the ones that exist cater to large wrists :(

The reason why we don't see small or most versatile size of G-Shock watches is because the casing do require better construction to protect the watch movement and display and that construction take a bit space. Also, G-Shock watches are symbol of funky watches which can be seen on your wrist from far and that is only possible when it has reasonable size.

If you putting money then I would say, buy G-Shock. The entry level solar powered G-Shock will cost you around ₹4000 during sale. Or else, talk to the local dealer and ask for discount. Sometimes they give better deals.

What is the use of shock resistance in wrist watches? Once we wear the watch, it won't fall from our hand without our knowledge. Why should we spend more money to useless feature?

Hi Ravi Kumar ji, There are some watches which are meant for a bit of rough usage. We can not wear dress watches at places where we are exposed to vibration and shock (impacts). Shock resistance is not only for drop or fall of the watch but it also saves the watch from accidental smashes and general wear and tear due to prolong usage under such industrial conditions. If we use watches which don't have vibration resistance or shock, they will receive good amount of damage under prolong usage. Yes, for general or daily usage, most of the watches are okay. There is a need for Shock resistant watches that's why brands are still able to sell. Please do subscribe to my channel as well.

Itne saalon se G-Shock ki reputation achi ban gayi or company claim karti hai ke aap ise 10m (30 feet) height se drop kar sakte hain or watch ko kuch damage nahi hoga.
