I can attest - most houses are approximately 1.7 in the lower mainland. Rentals are roughly 3k for a 3 bedroom.

The property taxes in Alberta is so high , i did a quick search and saw 1000$ different between bc and Alberta at the same valued property, correct me if im wrong.

I’m not sure, I can’t verify what your looking at… but property tax is about 1 perfect of the property value. The average hike price is about $350,000 here, I don’t know what that would get you in bc…

Lethbridge has very low unemployment, you shouldn't have a problem finding a job - most of my clients move here from out of town as well!

It’s is difficult to find a family doctor. Not impossible but not easy. My wife and I were able to find one just last year!
