Get Tymon's Comprehensive CFOP Course for $50 off until May 6th:
www.cubing.gg/
Tymon's CFOP course is designed to take you from the start of CFOP all the way to the most advanced level of solving. The course covers cross and x-cross techniques, every F2L case from every angle, all of Tymon's OLL and PLL algorithms, pseudo-slotting, and all 328 of the ZBLL algorithms that Tymon uses.
In this video, Tymon shows what the course has to offer by going over 5 areas of F2L solving that hold people back from improving. By the end of the video, we hope that you'll have a clearer picture on the next steps to take to improve your solving!

Tymon, you deserve to be well-compensated for sharing your advice. As for me, I learned enough from this single video to drive the next six months' improvement. I'm mid-20s when I'm sharp, but I don't measure it much (which strangely, you recommended.) I know my weaknesses (Cross +1, F2L efficiency), which have held me back despite knowing 1-look OLL and most of COLL. I could afford your course content, but I feel like that would be like hiring the best Sherpa to summit Everest despite being a complete amateur mountaineer. I would pay you $50 for this ten minutes. That's what I used to make in an hour tutoring graduate students in Statistics...

@Feverstockphoto
@Feverstockphoto Ай бұрын
@@user-sz3rt1lx7y I do have some free time to look at the course but not a lot of time. I don't think it would be the right thing to share the course after I have purchased it for a few reasons. One being it's a paid for course that has just released, TheCubicle and Tymon put a lot of time and effort into putting the course together, so I think those interested should pay for the course. I understand it is prohibitively expensive for many. I would only consider sharing it with a friend who was in my physical location, that is sitting in the same room as me, next to me. If that is something people can do I think they could purchase the course together which would work out cheaper and they can learn together. Anyway I will however share some initial thoughts on the course. I think it is generally well laid out in general and easy to follow along. I think it will be more useful for beginners and intermediate cubers than it would be for the more advanced cubers although advanced cubers might get something from it such as the Pseudo Slotting, ZBLL sections. It also covers a few OLL alternative algs to give you a ZBLL case but this is limited, only a few cases. It covers the Cross, F2L, OLL and PLL for all levels reasonably well. Most of the course information and algs are available on other sites for free so can easily be learned from these other sources as well, it is just well compiled into one course here. There are also alg sheets that can be downloaded for OLL, PLL, ZBLL... There are a few areas where I think it could do better. It doesn't cover the Sune and Anti-Sune ZBLL cases as far as I can see. I think the reason for this is that it was mainly recorded a year or so ago when Tymon ( had long hair) maybe hadn't learned these alg sets himself. Maybe these will be added in the future, who knows!? I don't think it covers Key-Hole techniques although that may be covered with the Pseudo Slotting. Again who knows!? I know nothing about these techniques. I would have liked to seen more examples of setting up OLL cases to ZBLL when it is a good idea to use these or not. Also a section on pairing, inserting last F2L pair to skip OLL or force a Cross. Also a dedicated section where Tymon discusses the ideas more in depth with example solves, when and how he decides on whether to employ some algs over another or different techniques over the others. This would have made the course more personal to Tymon. I also have a hard time believing that Tymon uses some of the F2L's he shows in his completive solving, he may just be recommending them as they are more convenient to learn but who knows!? Just some of my initial thoughts on the course. As far as price and whether it is worth it I think it all depends, there are a lot of factors and variables to consider. It will be worth it for some and not for others. My personal circumstances were such that I could afford to purchase it and also wanted to show some support for Tymon. I'm sure I will learn some things from the course that will hopefully help me improve. My F2L definitely needs some work! I currently average 23 seconds (sometimes sub 23), with a PB of 11.6 seconds. I'm sure others that have purchased the course will have their opinions, I would love to hear their thoughts as well! Hope this helps 🙂👍
