This was great, thanks. Just wondering how much you have to worry about salt in the foods you don't prepare yourself? I gave my 8 month old a hot chip last week but only after I sucked the salt off first! 😅 maybe I don't need to worry?

I like to go for no added salt or under 100mg of sodium/serving for babies whenever possible, but a little extra here or there won't be harmful in an otherwise healthy baby 😊

pancakes are great for babies. I avoid putting syrup on them as an excess sugar but cut them into strips and they work great for babies!
