I agree that putting text in the banner is not a good idea, unless it's really huge and placed in top left position, reason for this is that image text is not responsive, so it won't display well on mobile devices. Text will get cut off, and might be illegible or blurry too. Great video as usual ;)

Thank you. You are funny and very engaging. I got a lot out of your video but did not get my answer. I have designed a Linkedin Banner on Canva and got a screen shot of it. Now there is no way for me to know how to upload that onto Linkedin. The upload button on my profile does not work so I can not upload it from my desktop to the linkedin banner. Do you have any suggestions?

You asked a really good question! I'm not as much of an expert on KZbin banners, but you do want to make sure it's formatted for different devices. I used the company Custom Thumbnails to create mine. But overall, make sure your banner communicates at a glance what your channel is about (i.e., make the words concise and the design simple). Most KZbin banners also seem to have the creator's face/image on it for personalization. I hope that helps a bit!

Thanks for your feedback! You can certainly have a subtle banner that still speaks to your industry. Keep in mind that my entire brand is more in-your-face, so I am matching my own banner to my own brand personality. You'll want to do the same (match your brand personality) for your own banner.
