I had great power of focus till feb but since corona started all the negativity got in to me i thought everyone is dying, I'll die too i stopped striving i spend my time on social media looking in to others life imaging my life to be useless this fear of corona created so much tension in me i stayed inside home not going out on phone 24/7,running from my responsibility, stayed on bed not even tried a bit but took tension and to escape the tension used social media messed up my sleep. I hope to regain focus again i hope to get back to life and become what i wanted always to be goodbye to negativity

If you are confuse first try to be ABD of Allah , establish your salah, read Quran , masnoon adhkar, learn your deen, ask too much dua, do istaghfar, give charity, do nafal ibadat, do good to Allah's creation . This will take you out of the weak state of mind and give you a strong personality, be person of good islamic character and you will see a big positive change inshAllah.

Having a goal is more important. That's what islam also teaches us. To consistently put efforts and don't waste our time. I have seen many people, who read quran daily, and perform namaaz 5 times a day. But, they are not implementing this in their real life and are confused and frustrated. That's why its important to have a specific goal and working towards it, no matter one is a muslim, christian, etc.
