I had a personal terrifying experience at West Virginia Penitentiary myself. I'm not sure if they still do it, but a number of years ago, I want to say in like 2006 or so, they did a haunted house there for Halloween. A few friends and I decided we would go check it out. I don't really care for them because I feel most of them are corny. In any case, I went anyway. One part of the "experience," they locked everyone in their own cell and turned off all the lights. It was pitch black. I could hear some noise in the cell with me, and, as my eyes started to adjust to the darkness, I could see someone crawling out from under the bed. Feeling that this was just an attempt at a jump scare, I looked directly at the figure and said, "dude. You're not going to scare me... I can see you." They said nothing, and just sat on the bed. Again, I said, "dude. I can totally see you. You're not scaring me." Again... Nothing. After about another minute of him and I just staring at each other, they turned on the lights and no one was in the cell with me. Needless to say, that was enough for me. Haven't been back since.

i started to believe i ghosts because one night my brother and I stayed on the USS Hornet in Alameda, they had like an activity for the guests where we can listen to ghost stories. it was pretty creepy because the hornet is supposed to be haunted, and the people doing the ghost stories had like some device that would go off if anything went past it. then in like the middle of it there was an amber alert which was creepy, but then I heard like a kid laughing and I told my brother, he then told me he heard so we told our friends, then they said they didn't hear it event though it was really loud to us. i know it wasn't an echo because everybody was in like one spot so if somebody in the group was laughing then I would've heard it closer to me, another reason i know it wasn't an echo was because my brother and i heard it in the same place. so yeah, after that we slept on the ship which scared my pants off :|

A long time ago I was staying in a mansion in Florida (my late grandfather was looking after it as part of his company deal). This was just before the hurricane hit many years ago. I was about 15-16. I was hanging out in this one bedroom with my grandmother. She was playing on the computer, and I can't remember what I was doing. All I remember was this one lamp near me suddenly clicked off. One of those lamps that has a push button that clicks. I asked my grandmother if she did it, and she said no. The only odd experience I had in my house, I was home alone in the living room and you can see up the stairs at the bathroom door. Next to that door (not visible from the living room) is my sisters bedroom door. Since it was daytime and the bathroom shutter were open it was lit, i just saw something flash by like a black thing, I played it off as our cat (times 3). Eventually some time later my sisters Bedroom door would open and shut multiple times. All windows were closed and the door is fine, meaning you can only open it when you push the handle down (European one). I eventually wanted to know what the noise was and check the door it stopped after that. Never again. I hear odd noises after going to bed, but they always happen at the same time so it's not really scary.

I watched other channels like Chills and Slapped Ham that shows scary videos but Nukes Top5 is the best one for me that really gives me a good scare.
