10:40 I used to work at that Boondocks, those people blew it way out of proportion, see when a kid drops a helium balloon it flutes to the roof right? Well, when the helium dies out if falls back down super slow and it stopped because the string was just enough of a contrary force to hold the balloon back up so it stays in place. As for the lights, the cameras night vision sweeps the camera feed because that what's happens when the lobby lights turn off and the night vision turn on, it kind of gives a sweeping effects. As for the rumor that its haunted I can guarantee you, its not. In fact that is not even a thing the workers there claim lol.

I actually did this to a group of kids (I say "kids" but we were around the same age at the time lol, maybe a year or two younger) at an abandoned house near where I used to live hahaha. With the security cameras you need to verify if the recordings are on tape. Because one thing that can cause apparitions is recording over the same tape many times.
