Astral Projecting is dangerous. I used to practice it when I was a young teenager. The experience is very tranquil when you finally achieve leaving your body. Euphoria hits you hard and it's a feeling you don't want to leave. Especially for beginners at their first time out. The last time I ever did it, I had the same usual experience. But that time the euphoria was stripped from me and something very negative, dark, and heavy surrounded my spirit. I was trapped with this "thing" consistently swarming around me and the weight of it grew with each rotation. I felt like I was being squeezed between a wall and a floor. Almost being flattened. I saw a small light in the last rotation of the darkness and used what energy I had left to move into the gap of light. I woke on my bed gasping for air and sweating profusely. My entire body ached for a week. I never left my body again! You eventually attract bad things when your soul is no longer bound by your physical body.

We used to try this as teens all the time, out of 12 of us I was the only one that could accurately pass the tests to see if we were doing it or just imagining it. Like one test a few of the ppl would go upstairs to a bedroom and write on a dry erase board 2 colors a few numbers and also have a conversation about one topic for 5 min. I always got it right. It's how I knew about parallel Universes and that The Universe was only one of an unfathomable and incalculable universes that run along ours
