I used to wonder the same thing but I found out eventually from hearing people's stories. A good number of people don't move out because they can't. They just bought the house, they can't sell it, etc. Some were lucky to have family around and moved in with them but they still own the house because they can't sell it. Now other people they just don't move, idk why.

The guy in the tunnel, his flash light was in front of him. There was no way he would have cast that sort of shadow. The head was too large and bulbus and it was disproportioned to the body. I also saw in the last clip, of this video. When the guy holding the camera rushes through the kitchen, I caught a glimpse of something white, like a counter or large sink directly next to the fridge. If that thing was solid, there is no way it could have come from that direction that smoothly. I do believe there are fake spirit videos, but those look genuine. Somewhere I have a picture of what I believe is the spirit stand halfway behind a tree. It's hard to see, but it comes off as some sort of fog, I thought was water vapor, until I zoomed in. A professional wanted me to take more photos because they didn't think it was real. I cut myself off from them.
