I personally think the routes for Willowfield is better then the routes for SV. Since you can direct spawn on Willowfiled depo towards Willofield. And it usually takes less then one minute to get 10 points and 1 exp. But the downside of this is you can't double your earnings by a guard.

You can do this. It works when guard sends the request and then u accept it and open doors after that. And you get 15 points. But maybe it's a mistake and actually you are right

Tip: For points grinding, i would recommend playing on a private server as you dont have to worry about train traffic and you can also drive faster to earn points quicker

If you get an autoclicker and just set it to click every 15 minutes then you can afk overnight on private servers
