I'm not gonna lie, for the past few months I have stopped listening to 5SOS. After litening to the same musics for a year or so on repeat (I was in that obsessed phase where there are literally no other bands in the world except for 5SOS. Not a good time for me), I got tired. Not to mention my taste in music got different: with my great discovery of bands- MCR, FOB, P!ATD, TOP -, these guys were left behind. Of course, I still went to their concert on the 4th of May, as they weren't able to come here for the 1D show last year (5SOS were pretty much the only reason why I wanted to go). But fucking hell, this song was just what I needed to become a fan again. The guitar solos, the lyrics, the beat of the song, everything was 100% awesome. I guarentee you, if 5SOS keeps doing music like this, they will get loads of more fans.

I think the reason people don't like 5sos is because of their most popular songs happen to be songs such as "She's Kinda Hot" and "She Looks so Perfect"... But once you get through the misleading titles, you'll realize that their lyrics actually have more meaning than what it seems. SKH isn't entirely about a girl being attractive, but it's about being alright with who you are and living it to the most you can ("Kings and queens of the new broken scene...") If people actually looked into the lyrics and meanings of more of 5sos' songs, like Jet Black Heart, Invisible, Castaway, Rejects, etc, and not just the most popular ones such as SLSP, then maybe they wouldn't get so much hate :( Unfortunately we live in an era where people are too ignorant to do so and would rather waste their time spreading hate comments and negative vibes throughout the internet .-.
