To anyone who doesnt understand the story: Two elderly people were taking a pill to kill themselves. The guy said: Thank you for 60 years. The girl said: Thank you too. They have 24 hours to relive the best time of their life. So at the end their time is up and they die. Hope that helped lol. I wanna say, thank you for the likes, I really appreciate it.

theres still a lot of people that ddnt get the meaning of the video the pill they took was a drug to kill themselves. its common for people in their old age to consider death. its not a magical thing that makes them young nor teleports them in the past before anyone saying, "they may still have years to live." just consider that at old age, their body starts failing. hearing loss. bad sight. mind starts to detoriate. the couple were lucky they can still decides for themselves. after the couple said, "lets enjoy our remaining time." the video went to their younger self. its just a visual representation on their memories when they are reminiscing together while waiting for the drug to work, hence the 24hour timer on the guy's watch. youngblood. probably the most fun and exciting time and a special part of their life. meeting each other, fell in love and being just a total badass. the last part where the two young couple leans on each other as the timer went to zero signifies that the two old couple dies. its quite sad but really its just life

Thats so cool.Japan not one of the countries in my " six countries ive been to itinery" they have so much pride and respect. Worked fot a factory in the States where consumers from Japan came to tour the factory to see product they were buying being made. They watched one of the guys that was working do his job. When he fimished his part of the product they clapped and bowed. He was so embarrassed. They' re watching me dont watch me. His face was so red. They have a huge amount of respect. Pride and etiquette.

The dude in the video is Johnny Jeana aka Daigo Yamashita. There's this whole extreme Rockabilly culture still lingering in Japan since the 80s and the 90s. They are just dudes who likes to hang out in parks and dance to Elvis and stuff. Also the gals also do the same thing as well. They usually rode around Tokyo in vintage Japanese Bikes, usually Honda CB500s and CB350s. Its actually a pretty cool subculture.

That's not Yakuza. That's the rockabilly/greaser scene in Japan, these guys are basically 1950s throwbacks. The main character in this video is Johnny Daigo, a Japanese man who lives the rockabilly lifestyle and is in a 50s style rock n roll band. I'm pretty sure there's a video about him on KZbin. He also has an Instagram (@johnny_daigo).

How is it that an Australian rock band makes a music video about the Japanese Rockabilly subculture? I'm not complaining, I'm in awe of how much respect they showed. Even the little details, like how they need to tape their shoes (for dancing), the location (Yoyogi Park in Tokyo) and including the real rockabillies in the video. Mad props to everyone involved in creating this video, I love it to bits. The song is great too :P

@Adel_Volks

Yes, the video is awesome ! but i think the tape in their shoes was for riding the motorcycle, no? while shifting gear, you might scratch the shoe, so adding a layer of tape would protect it from damaging it.

Ironically, pushing the idea that ‘Asian Representation’ is a bonus of some kind is actually more racist than just accepting this video for what it is - a music video - since that implies that Asian people are lacking and need to pushed forward in culture by other non-Asian people.

I’m not a 5SOS fan, never really was. But this song really made my heart melt, the concept of the video is so touching. It’s like their best memories flashed in front of their eyes before their lives ended. And the last thing they did was resing in peace, leaning to each other. "Because I'm just a dead man walking tonight"
