Yes, 6 is resolved. Point is that if State will become resolved then Attachment should be disabled.

Hi everyone, cannot hide the "Affected CI" related list if cmdb_ci field is empty. Could someone share the script with me?

I also tried but unable to do so. I was trying to get the value of cmdb_ci field by var a = g_form.getvalue(cmdb_ci) and then putting if ( a == ' ') { g_form.disablerelatedlist(field name); } Though this can be done through UI policy also. Just put condition ci is empty and in script g_form.disablerelatedlist. without script in ui policy it has ui policy action disable related list as well
