I have a question. How do males and females bond with each other? I don't see how men and women can bond (especially romantically) with each other. I've had "pop up visions" a few times of I can only assume and know now of my TF and I in romantic situations a few times one of which was marriage. It has boggled me for months because he awakened me after his energy/ soul appeared in a dream of mine months ago and the dreams, visions, feelings have happened ever since. Now I just feel him in my waking hours. He's rarely in my dreams now. If he is, then I don't remember but the feelings of love are certainly present when I'm awake. Still all confusing because I'm the awakened one after over 20 years. He came to me. Now I feel all of the emotions and feelings throughout the day. Sometimes makes me feel sick or weepy and can't tell if that's me or him. My ego gets in the way of course because of programming and I don't want to feel crazy because of the situation and the person. Can't be explained either. I just know since all of this....I push harder to be better and to achieve a major goal I've always had and now know it's possible. I'm taking the steps to make it happen as well as dealing with wounds from the past. We're the same but different. Just like twins are. I try to deny it and think I'm cracking up but deep inside, it can't be explained at all no matter how logically I try to look at it. My emotions have been running high for almost 2 weeks now because I was trying to push him out and realize I can't. Some days are good and some bad. Well compared to those similar thoughts...I did had subsequental feelings about how this girl feels about me.I even had a dream that my super visor named cherelle had said to me c'mere Mike I got something to tell you....she grabbed my shirt and whispered in my ear and Said I have a crush on you and I want you so badly. Like as much i as I'm stubborn or had messed up at times inspiring as she like when I was about give up on things she always forgives me she lifted me up and reminded me that I'm strong and needed to try again....and that was a reminder to still try again no matter how many times I've messed up she'd always push me to try again and gives me second chances she doesn't care about my flaws and mistakes as much and some times that has me crying yo and I ain't afraid to admit it...when I'm certain people that really care about me as much based on what I've been through it has me tearing up a lot though.

I use to get sudden thoughts, images, and strong emotional & physical reactions when waking up from a nap. They were very strong and didn't feel like I initiated it. At first I embraced them, but they happened so frequently that they became very disturbing. I've tried rejecting them and they have gradually reduced in both frequency and intensity. They're from a relationship that is decades gone...many decades. I wish them well, but there is no way to re-instate that relationship.

Thanks for sharing. I've experienced something similar. I like this person I have deep emotions for them. But I can't continue feeling and thinking about this person. We weren't intimate but it feels like we're missing out on a good relationship. I was afraid but not anymore I like him a lot. But I've deleted their number there is no way for this person to contact me. Sometimes I'm busy and all of a sudden they pop up in my mind. At first I thought it was limerence.
