Thanks, for sharing this information on the 3rd eye. The 3rd is literally your intuition at its peak. I think once your third eye is open, it's not going to close back; It might get cloudy at times due to the ups and downs of life energies, but once you become in tune again with your higher self, it starts to function as normal. The third eye is a stunning deep blue azure color with gold. If a person does not see these colors while meditating or even sometimes when the eyes are closed like when falling asleep, the spiritual eye has not opened yet.

You should be on top of your head while meditating kinda like a upside down type of thing with four legs crossed try and balance it

i poses all traites except the headaches i think its beacuse i can absorb mass amounts of energy including electricity so i don't really get energy overload symptom's i do drink alot of water though and try to walk in the rain as much as possible to expose myslef to elements of gia.
