Regarding the first story of the ballon craft seeming to come from Germany, which i did not know about, it's worth noting that at about the same period (late 19th century) there were many accounts of so-called "airships" appearing over the American continent, specifically the US, from Kansas to California, some with "pilots." I wonder about the connection between the sightings in both regions.

About 5 or 6 years ago I had just gotten home from having dinner at a friends when I started to open the garage door , is when I saw a super bright search light coming from a cloud about two thousand feet up . There was several other clouds moving with the wind but this one was completely still . So I watched it for several minutes as this super bright light rotated counterclockwise . I went to get my video camera and tried to record it but because of being in storage for a time the battery was dead . Anyway the cloud and light was still there as I would look out and check on it , it was there until morning , the cloud was still there . I found out that there was several Military personnel at the senior center , so I stopped by and grabbed a cup of coffee and the started to talk with a couple of people that I knew from art class . I started to sketch out what I saw when a Staff Sargent stopped and visited with us for a while when he saw me sketching he asked if he could see what I was doing . I asked him in a roundabout way and sharing my knowledge of war gaming tactics " If the Military had a Marker Drone with a really bright search light for dropping supplies and equipment ??? He looked at me like that's not a bad idea then looked at my sketch again and asked me if this is what I saw and when . I started to say but then asked me if I would mind if I talked to a couple of the other Personal who he came with including a couple of officers . By the way.... They did thank me for another use for the Drones . I think this is the first time I've shared this with anyone else over the last several years .

I'm happy to see these events are finally being released by the military. This coming November will be 50 years since my first set of encounters and I've been waiting just for such events as this. If the 3 Eastern Flight attendants that flew into Philadelphia International Airport in late November 1971 are reading this, I wish they would also tell the story that I know they have to remember. I was their Yellow Car driver a and i was taking them to the Warwick hotel at 17th and Chancellor Street in phila. While crossing the Penrose bridge i once again, noticed this saucer slowly descending to a point at 26th and Penrose Avenue. I asked them if they had ever seen a flying saucer? They said no, obviously. I said, would you like to see one? They said yes! Where is it? I pointed to it descending and said that I know where it was going because for 20 nights before this during November I had seen and waited and watched then it a d loved every second. I told them that I would pay any extra money on the meter no mater how much it was. They had a voucher good for a certain amount and no more. When we got to the spot a minute later we pulled over and got out. For about ten minutes we watched it doing its maneuvers about 350 to 400 feet in the air. It made no sound and there were a string of about 36 rectangle lighted window like enclosures around the rim. These were lit up in a sequence like one on two of, two on three off, etc. The light was a very unusual yellow that emitted no light. That's because I think they may have been electro magnetism fields and the sequence they used was to keep the ship level. At times these "light" would stop revolving and the ship would bank 90 degrees and stay that way for a minute or so. But when it leveled off again the lights started revolving like before. This all occured simultaneously with no hesitation. But this was the last night that I saw it and it was also the best. First because of the Flight attendance and second because for the first time a second ship arrived from the same direction and pulled right along side of the first one about 20 feet apart. Then, we noticed a twin engine plan flying about the size of a Dash 8. It was heading directly toward these ships and one of the flight attendants yelled out " Their going to hit"! They didn't. When the plan got within a safe but close distance from them, they parted sideways and the Dash 8 flew between them and then they closed the gap again. I know those pilots saw it but in those days events like this were not allowed to be publicly reported and that went for the flight attendants to. After this and another shot of them both banking at 90 degrees. As before, the both took off toward the North East at a speed you could never believe. They kept climbing and at one point turned a sharp right a disappeared. There is more to this but I don't want to bore you any longer and I hate writing with this tablet. I seen one of those lights that are so bright you can even make out what it is & it was moving like the clappers, I was in a motorbike going up a steep hill and it went straight over me like a flash, it like came from the horizon behind me and disappeared on the horizon in front in a second & it was low to the ground only about 1-200m above me. It must have had a crazy pilot to fly that low and that fast.

He felt sick after looking at them so he stopped, then this object shot off similarly to its arrival there gone. He was debriefed for about Two months after, by Senior Military Officers and a group from the USA the other Soldiers and Police were also seen regularly, all were Told it did not happen and they had to sign they saw nothing. He was promoted after this so he kept his mouth shut, for 40 years, he was a big friend of mine and we always talked of our experiences. I do believe him and I certainly believe we have been visited for many thousands of years, I do not go with the idea they come from outer Space, I believe we witness craft from our own Planet that are just in another Dimension, I have questioned myself many times over the thoughts about God or Spiritual matters, I have had a long life being 102 Years old. The question I put to myself always was, " if we are created by God, who or what created God ", after serving in WW2 in 1947 I became a Pacifist. The closer I get to my maker, I ponder why? Was it all real. That is a question no one can answer. Only God.
