The Sitka timber pack is a great item, but I hunt 2 hours in the pouring down rain and the pack was filled with water. I had all the compartments zipped up to reduce the amount of water to no avail. It needs to be made of of goretex for those really rainy days.

Why not the delta wading jacket instead of the Hudson jacket? Won’t the insulation get wet if chest high in water?

I have the Sitka sling choke bag I think it is love it but think I’m going to upgrade to the full choke next season i just Carry stuff like neck gaiter the Dakota beanie Gradient gloves pantanal GTX glove

I’m just going to be honest, I have bought a lot of Sitka clothing/gear over the past 5+ years and from a quality and performance standpoint I really don’t think it’s better than other top brands. Again, not hating on them because I own a bunch of their stuff but…

not a huge fan of the ambient jacket not durable they straps on the waders will start to wear it down and any small branches or thorns will tear it sold mine
