This is crazy! I'm a winger and these are all skills that I knew already and can do yet it took this video (recommend by youtube) for me to actually start using them. 🤦🏽‍♂️😭 (except the last 1, I had my own version: sole role inside » step over outside with same foot » reverse elastico with next foot » touch outside with the outside of starting foot and accelerate away. It sounds complicated and long but it's not. It's all about quick feet. Anyways thanks for this video. 😊
