That stop and go was actually perfect. You turn completely to run away and then turn the hip back toward the opponent completely leaving him unbalanced I think even if it wasn’t a paid actor that would have anyone slipping. Same with the toe flick really good to have especially if you are going against a wingback who’s been making a habit of coming in with a hard shoulder to challenge you every time you attempt to round them. These are the ones that require more in depth explanations because they look so simple but they are the most useful to master as you can see how much more frequently these techniques have opportunities to be used in game.

btw when ur defending these kinds of tricks, don't plant your feet. stay on your toes quite literally and try to pre-react when you can without overextending yourself. also, know when to just get in their face. you want to be patient and stay a little bit back as much as you can, but sometimes you need to just move directly in front of the ball to block whatever they're trying to do. remember tho, don't overextend. a lot of scenarios just take patience, good eyesight, and fast reaction speed.

Not a fan of how it leaves the ball exposed. Not saying it can't be effective but I always prefer a move that protects the ball to one that doesn't. My son loves the rainbow flick. But I've told him unless his team is up by at least 5 to nothing in the last 10 minutes of the game, don't break it out in game. If you land the move and keep the ball it's great, if you lose the ball, your coach is subbing you out. Most successful dribbles keep it much more simple on the pitch.
