I disagree with the ''don't mix competing brands'' point. If fashion is supposed to be about self expression then why should I wear basically a uniform that a brand put together instead of different pieces that I personally like. I sometimes wear adidas pants with Nike shoes and I just think it's funny when people get triggered by it I feel like they're missing the whole point.

I'm cool with everything except sneakers with a suit. Unfortunately, that's not my thing. Either I want to stand out and look professional or I don't. It's a confused look for me.
