On the advice of a Conor Neil video, I started to place 'talking head' videos every few days. I'd think of a topic and talk to my webcam. In the past five years I've placed around 1,550 of them. It certainly enables one to think and act naturally without any recourse to notes or other props. Great advice from you, Riaz.

Excellent presentation. Very helpful. I have been preaching for 47 years, and ( still preach at 2 services every Sunday. I "accidentally" preached a sermon without notes a few weeks ago, and I think I connected with the people better. So, I'm going to go for it. Thanks for the help.
