[Guide to win against Deception bot]
Characters:
- Prisoner
- Doctor
- Enchantress
- Explorer
Kiting trick:
- There are 2 logs separated by the swing, those area aren't covered by any unstable ground, you can kite infinitely there, the hunter mostly chase decoder (it's usually explorer or prisoner that get chase first). Enchantress must interrupt the hunter to get 1 hit then the doctor heal her so she can farm curse while doctor keep getting hit by unstable ground, when decoder looping in the log area, enchantress keep supporting and the other decoder decode the cipher. There are only 2 safe cipher in deception mode so you must time the unstable ground's collapse perfectly to not get any chip damage from it by decoding right after the ground collapse for a couple seconds then stop decoding until the next collapse.
Character's Role:
- Prisoner : kiting if he get chase. if explorer get chase instead, decode the safe cipher and give 48% boost to unsafe cipher.
- Explorer : kiting if he get chase. if prisoner get chase instead, decode the safe cipher and when there are no safe cipher anymore, search for password page to finish the unsafe cipher.
- Enchantress : get 1 early hit and ask doctor to heal her to get curse & support the decoder that getting chased by the hunter.
- Doctor : Heal enchantress at early game so the enchantress can get curse whenever doctor got chip. Doctor only decode the unsafe cipher and heal whenever got chip damage.
Recommended persona :
- Borrowed Time (3) & Flywheel (12) because you don't need Window / Pallet boost at that kiting place.
Note :
- If doctor getting chase, it's a nice idea to surrender and start a new game because it's not winnable anymore.
- With this strategy, you can get at least 3 escapes. 4 escapes is so hard and only possible to get by luck.
- The hunter won't use blink in this area, he will only blink near window / pallet

What I learned by beating this bot: Ench doc and kiter go to logs immediately when game starts Whoever will kite get a chip first so the hunter won't change targets and lock on to them Ench only gets a chip after bot is firmly after the decoder/kiter If no one has gotten a chair yet, don't get more hurt than the kiter and dont just stand nearby, let the doctor get you the stuns, the bot WILL change targets to you otherwise. Doctor only gets more chips (more than half health) once decoder got a full hit + chip so bot won't change targets to her. Bot will change targets to ench after she harasses enough (more than 3 long stuns) doc needs to stay nearby to heal. Ench brings max healing persona. Hunter will not chair ench if decoder/kiter already has chair progress, otherwise he will chair her instead. If decoder already has chair time, he will try to bleed ench out and change targets to her AS SOON as she's up, doc NEEDS to saty nearby. For the bot to not fully change targets to Ench (which he will do after enough time has passed) she needs to keep distance and kiter needs to get at least one chair. One stuns when kiter is transitioning from one log to the other just to buy time Only use long stun when bot picks up kiter or changes targets to you (be quick, he has mischievous and will drop the kiter as soon as you approach). Also, if kiter gets chaired, collect at least 3 stuns, get one hit, free kiter then long stun to buy them time. FLYWHEEL FOR EVERYONE ON TEAM, NO BROKEN, NO TIDE TURNER, ONLY FLYWHEEL AND BT. Decoder needs to pay A LOT of attention to the chips so they won't fall mid decode and waste time/take doc away from the ench. Body block doesn't work against him, only stuns, only kind of body block that works is if he is keen on bleeding ench out, that buys the kiter time to transition. He will bring excitement against any other stunners, but not Ench, only bring her as a stunner. Btw he can blink to insane heights (groud level to top of logs), beware of that. My team is top 10 on leaderboards bby!! Yall can do it, trust.

The hunter doesn’t always chase him though, sometimes during the kite, he switches target to enchantress. Also, it’s not luck, the bot is coded to chase decoders first, that’s why he ignored doctor and enchantress.

Я походу поняла как они за 4 минуты прошли. 3 декодера и ковбой со станом на 3-ку. Хант выбирает цель из 3-х декодеров, идёт за ним, с ними ковбой. Сурв стоит в безопасной зоне за паллетой, а ковбой у паллеты, хант игнорирует сурвов, за которыми не идёт если они не станеры и если сурв не на шариках, соответственно каждый раз будет ловить паллеты лицом, пока остальные декодят, если сменил цель на другого декодера, то просто меняются местами.

Не, когда декают только двое, то времени больше выходит. Мы за 5 минут прошли, зек 2 гена декал, профессор 1, дока 1, эксп соло в инф лупе бегал, потом втроём один чинили. Сбежали втроём. Мб если бы он пошёл за профессором, то задекать быстрее получилось бы.
