My answer: I am more into following the scientific method of problem-solving. However, I am sometimes influenced to hand down decisions that are driven by emotion. My tolerance against pressure is too weak which usually derails me from thinking about the best solution to solve my problems, this is I think the most challenging part of me.

I used to follow a method similar to your listed video, except for listing of caues of my perceived problem. After listening, i began to write my biggest dilemmas, adding that element on the note section of my Iphone. The setbacks and difficulites that happened to my LLC, the financial and personal relationship difficulties during the COVID shut down really set me back and hurt my motivation, self confidence and willingness to try. Your video gave me hope again and an new element to begin using a full throttle effort, thank you for posting. The turn around begins today.

nothing new here, not that it is a bad thing but just a little superficial. Have a positive attitude, know your goals, develope a plan etc. etc. all these pull yourself up by your bootstrap talks have one missing element, you cant do it. i am always a little put off by these self help gurus that work for executives and talk about you too can be rich because making money is probably the worst goal of them all unlike being a good mother or father, helping people, making a better world, doing quality work, living a quality life. my advise find a living breathing mentor or two from the people around you because they are out there if you look.
