Your videos on philosophy and course management are unique and very enlightening. I've never seen anything like them. I have done it intuitively and occasionally on a few holes, but never as a game-long strategy. Most golf videos are about the technicality of the game. This 13 handicap - with a goal of getting to 10 - looks forward to trying your ideas after the current Canadian winter.

There's a course I play regularly, it has a drivable par 4, and every single time I go for it, I either slice or hook into the trees. Sure, I've made birdies on it too, but they are few and far between. The ego has to stay in the boot of the car from now on, and GIOTG in 2, easy life. This video is the epitome of making golf easier for us high handicappers. I KNOW I can do this.

I used to think that it didn’t count. But after Scotland and seeing the quality of courses with par below 70 i have changed my mind. Yes it counts well done boyfriend

@@MonsterERB ya this was a normal course that just so happens to have a lot of par 3’s which is why it’s a par 68. There are several very long par 5’s, par 5’s with dog legs. Very tight fairways, etc. it’s a pretty difficult course actually. Very easy to lose golf balls.

Hello Dude, I just edited a video where I play 5 handicap golf. I was 4 over after 3 holes. A triple on an 8 iron par 3 followed by a bogey. I was 1 over for the next 15 holes. Why? Because I trust myself to play good golf and I don't try too damn hard to get those shots back.

@@PB-sc5uo Sadly not. I would love to make some proper videos with him. I think it would be a good idea to have someone on who hits normal length shots. We don't all hit a wedge 140 yards. I'd like to show it's possible to make good scores with short driving etc. Not sure if I will ever go again so it's not going to happen. But he is the most generous big time youtuber, you can't get the time of day out of his peers.

Love the content bro! Here's a question: Does a side wind (left to right or vice-versa) affect the distance of the shot? If the wind is strong I would guess maybe the ball will try slightly less far? What's your experience with this?

If you're shot shape is with the wind, it will add...against it will subtract. There's a little variation draw to fade, but negligible for the average golfer. Biggest key is take more club that you think you need in the wind and swing it easy.
