You may have meant this but I have a thought. If you mix the block with theme schedule, the word "theme" could just be written in to the block of time you do it daily. Like maybe you wanna put it for when children nap instead of squeezing random things in... So for 1-3 pm you write theme on block schedule. Then at that time each day, you look at the list for that day to focus!
