Not only that but she was heard pleading for her life. She said no about a hundred times in that recording. It's startling what privilege can buy. Like Natalie Portman that case in Peru. They knew the guy was guilty. Yet he actually killed another poor girl I hate it here now. I'm older n I'm scared all the time. The last five years have drained my mental health n my social health does not exist My two cats are not enough to help me feel safe Upstairs neighbors have been a constant trigger It just never seems to end I'm greatful but without peace I maybe in denial Music does not really work anymore. This is truly a nightmare I just hate it here I know if something were to happen to me. There would be no justice. I have seen way better people bcum victims n go without justice. Having been fixed to be dead by some pos who had no right to take anything from them much less their only LIFE wtf is been going on for as long as I can remember. I've been watching true crime. The police in this case were totally unqualified to take on a murder case. They did absolutely everything wrong right from the beginning. 5 days for a reliable missing person? Retrieving her body from the pond the day after she was found? Missing barrel they said was mistaken for a coat? Beer cans that weren't her brand? Her car found with seat back? How much evidence do they need? That phone message should have been aired on the news because it was extremely creepy and suspicious. Cops were beyond lazy. Her friends and relatives did a way better investigation than cops did. Sometimes in these small towns they may not have a Homicide Dept, so there is no shame in bringing in professionals that could actually do the job.
@reda29100
@reda29100 Жыл бұрын
I don't wanna make a 9000 IQ investigation move, but the "many days absent" seemed to indicate whoever did it wanted the public to believe that she, well, was absent for more than a day. What I mean is, if he did succeed in making her disappear for few days, the message would have made perfect sense. And since it makes perfect sense, whoever made the voice message won't be questioned, namely his identity won't be investigated. So what it seems is, he hoped she would be absent for a while that she would be considered voluntarily taking her own life. The clothes, which didn't seem to fit her after the fact, shoes and parked car, would point to this direction as well. The real question though is, why the hell did they not investigate whoever sent it or whose voice is that?!
@peggypeggy4137
@peggypeggy4137 Жыл бұрын
@@reda29100 Yes. The voice on the recording said that she was missing several days which was weird considering that she was only missing 1 day. The hospital workers should have been able to id the voice and the police did question them--but they should have been looking more carefully at those 2 volunteers. Those volunteers behaved obsessively and I'm surprised that the hospital would allow them to work there...but then again, this was the 80's. Times were different.

That tostee case makes me sick. Homeowners right to remove... that's bs. She kept saying "just let me go home, let me leave" and he LOCKED her on his balcony with no way to leave. Then eats pizza and meets with his dad immediately after she jumps to her death?!? Wtf is seriously going on there? I guess if you're a spoiled little rich kid that lives in the surfers district on the gold coast of Australia then you can murder someone AFTER you threaten them with the exact way you end up murdering them and get away with it. Makes me seriously nauseous... what did they let the jurors hear?!? because when I listened to MOST of the audio from that night I absolutely KNEW he was guilty. Ijs. And then they let him teach CHILDREN?!? 🤦‍♀️ at least they came to their senses on that.

I’ve heard the audio from the night where Warina Wright & Gable Tostee were together, & it’s extremely disturbing! You can definitely hear the sounds of him choking her & her gasping to breathe, & right before she “fell” from the balcony you can clearly hear him dragging her out on to the balcony with her screaming “no, no!!” The sort of screams that are from someone fighting for their life. Plus the neighbour downstairs saw her legs dangling there for awhile beforehand. I can’t believe he got off scot free… it’s sooo obvious what’s going on in the audio. Also, she was begging him to let her just go home, so all he had to do was send her home in a cab instead of (supposedly) locking her out on his balcony! He said it was for his safety!! She’s a tiny petite woman & he’s a big buff guy wtf??

I’ve actually heard about the first case, the Rayracks. & that has stuck with me ever since bc of how random it seems to have been & that scares me to death!!! They were minding their own business not bothering anyone & this happens to them. You think you’re safe getting out of your car in your OWN garage but sadly you’re not. Now i wait until my garage door is shut completely before I even turn off my car. But even then someone can run in there before it closes so I carry pepper spray on my keychain. I swear these days you have to keep your guard up 24/7 no matter where u are. This world we live in is a scary place, & I don’t see it getting any better, just keeps getting worse. Be careful out there!! If u don’t carry pepper spray, get some!! That’s the least I can do to protect yourself!!

My family was friends with Debbie and my mom and her were very very close. Even on the second day she hadn’t been heard from we went over to her house ourselves. I was small but I still remember feeling something wasn’t right. My mom called the police as soon as we arrived home (No cell phones) and they said she was an adult and she would be fine. Ahh the Gable Tostee case makes me so angry! I’m from New Zealand so when I heard about this New Zealand girl I was quite intrigued. I absolutely believe he done it!! I was shocked when he was found not guilty. Firstly, they had just met. What could they have possibly fought about (even if drunk) that was THAT heated that things were being thrown around the room etc (my theory is that he was being verbally abusive towards her as he has a history of this so it seems) secondly, WHY DID HE RECORD IT?! He said it was because he “likes to have a record of things”. Why? Thirdly, he got pizza afterwards! What kind of a psychiatrist says that about someone, that they have a “brick wall in their mind”? I’d be pretty pissed if they said that about one of my loved ones… how about diagnosing the mental illness first instead of comparing their brain to that of something else?? Smh… 😡

That first one with the guy sneaking in the garage & hiding behind the car gave me the absolute chills!! It is such an easy way for ppl to get in, considering thousands of ppl all over the world do that same thing every day when they park their car in their garage. It makes me check all around my car now! (Not that it would help much, because once they’re in the garage, they’re in!!) I have an elaborate alarm system with cameras in & around my house with very protective dogs & a fiancé! Still, many victims have had all that as well & it still hasn’t helped stop intruders. This world is a very scary place! 😬

I was living in an apartment complex and pulled in to park my car. There was a big electric gate that opened and closed. As I pulled in I swear I saw a shadow pass through the gate in my mirror. I got out and had my pepper spray ready. No one ever popped out. But that was scary.

factfiction, I dont know if you read comments, but Gable was aka BalconyBrah on bodybuilding the misc, I posted with that dude. He would make dedicated threads to bringing women back to his highrise in the gold coast. You have one wrong fact about Gable and why he choose to record that night. HE recorded EVERYTHING and every encounter with females and his reason was "some of them are crazy and make up lies" but he recorded everything 24/7 in his apartment. It wasn't recorded on a phone either, he had cameras set up to record. If you bring up Balcony Brah on bodybuildings the misc you get auto banned, the mods there want nothign to do with that guy and his name. His user name on the misc was actually BalconyBrah and he had a big following, every week he posted that he is going to bring over a chick and record the events.

This reminds me of what happened in the town not far from were i grew up. A man who had come from god knows where had bought a large piece of land on the outskirt of the village to start his exploitation of growing some sort of crops or something. Then he realized that the people who sold him the land had falsified the blueprints and that where they showed that there was water underground, there actually hadn't been water for over a decade and the closest lake or river for miles and miles away and it would have cost a fortune to get the water. The man went back to the guy who sold him the land and explained to him, there is no water, you knew it and now i want my money back andc you can get your land back. I remember so vividly the moment, because it happened in the centre of the small town at this sort of bar and the guy who sold the land laughed and said that if he had a problem he could sue him or bore someone else. Then some of the other men in the bar started to stand and telling the buyer that he'd better leave. I was utterly disgusted as the guy was saying that this was his entire life savings and that he had nothing left and that now he was going to die from starvation and lose his kids and wife and the other guys just laughed. The guy left and you could see that his life was over, i went to him and told him i was so sorry and gave him 200 bucks which was really all i owned and which i kept on me at all time, in my socks, for safety (i was 17). He looked at me and asked me if i knew there was no water in the ground. I told him that i didn't know anything about agriculture and that he should definitely sue them but he gave me a really strange look with a sort of smile in his eyes which seemed to mean, i don't trust you for a second and said that suing people cost money and he didn't have that anymore and he left without taking the money and told me to keep it and make better investments in my life than he did with his, because he was as much a bad investment as the land he had purchased. I told him that this was not an investment but a gift. He turned around and told me, ok then i'll accept the gift and he took the money and left. As he left i was wondering if i should have told him i knew the entire area was drying out and there was no more water in the ground, but i thought this wouldn't have changed anything and the look he gave me seemed to mean that he knew i was not being really honest. I remember thinking how much i hated this town and the towns around as it only ruined people's life and how i couldn't wait leaving it before it ruined mine. I decide to spend the rest of the day with a good friend, in a field by the road discussing this guy's bad luck. About an hour after we got there we heard the firefighters truck and then another one and then the police sirens and got in the car like all small town boys and followed them, and it took us to the property of mister M which was ablaze. Mister M was the man who sold the land to the other guy. I immediately thought, my gosh this man took revenge and decided to burn mister M's house. We stood by the car not far from the blaze and watched the firefighters trying to put the fire down, but it looked like the house had been soaked in kerosene as it seemed to burn like paper. They finally put the fire out and went in and came out with a something wrapped in a sheet, then another sheet then another sheet then another sheet. I knew mister M had a wife and two kids and thought damn he burned the entire family. But then mister M showed up and i could hear the police and firefighters telling mister M, that someone must have gone to mister his house, got inside, probably knowing that mister M was not there (meaning at the bar laughing about ruining a person's life and decided to ruin his), tied the wife and her 14 and 8 years old to a chair where whatever remained of the bodies were found, and then emptied 8 jerry cans of gasoline (which the police found lined up in front of the house) all over the place and and set the house on fire along with the people in it. While driving back home i was wondering why there were 4 bodies, but it is only when i got back home that i wondered how many jerry cans could 200 dollars buy. Mister and Mrs M's kid were found tied up inside Mrs M's car in the field near the house, alive and unharmed. The four bodies were Mrs M, the mysterious man and two more bodies which turned out to be his wife and his son. All three bodies had been shot in the head, except for the man who had set himself on fire.

damnn that's a very tragic story.. do u think those other bodies were of the man who bought the land, his wife and their kid?
@kachi2782
@kachi2782 Жыл бұрын
@@SiouxsieCC Yes that's who they were. The man shot his own wife and kid and Mrs M and then set the house on fire with him in it. I remember my father telling me one thing i never forgot. Never come between a man and what keeps him alive because if you take away from someone what keeps him alive this is as bad as killing him. The fact that he shot his own wife and kid is sordid but i still wonder why he killed Mr M's wife but not Mr M's kids. Why would he feel pity for someone else's kid but not his own ? Maybe he didn't want his kids to live in shame of what their father did or leave them and his wife with debts to pay and that's why he took pity on Mr M's kids. But then why not take pity of Mr M's wife, she was just as innocent, or maybe she wasn't and told him that she knew the land he had bought was dry and worthless. I do understand why he left Mr M alive though. I think he wanted to let him feel what it was to lose things that are dear to you, your wife, your house etc, .... shooting Mr M would have been too easy perhaps. Very tragic story.

How many more women are going to be assaulted and killed before they charge him his family must be wealthy for him to keep getting off of murder and harassment cases!! The fact he changed his name proves guilt
@airbubble.
@airbubble. 2 жыл бұрын
No it doesn't. It shows he was trying to start a new life with a new identity. He wouldn't have gotten far with that kind of press following him about, would he? People change their names in similar circumstances all the time. And why do people always assume it comes down to wealth? Could it be that he was found not guilty, because there wasn't enough evidence to find him guilty? How many more men are going to be the innocent targets of weird/abusive women just because they're men? Think Johnny Depp and take it from there. A jury found him not guilty. We have to abide by that until further evidence/investigation proves otherwise. He's obviously a morally degenerate person, but that doesn't necessarily make him a murderer.

Why would this guy put the girl out on the balcony ? There ARE other ways to remove someone from your house. You can call the police, and you can also put them out in the usual way ...By opening your door so they can leave, even if you have to help them out forcibly. Maybe this guy was planning to do the Romeo and Juliet balcony scene. Lol ! Most likely , he pushed her over the balcony, and even if he didn't and she fell herself, does he not bear ANY responsibility for locking a drunk out on his balcony ? If he had kids, is that the way this scumbag would deal with their misbehavior ? Probably !

It's always a case of warning People to be aware of when they're being purposefully isolated from contact with AnyOne ... Although I abhor the thought of LockDowns, it is very important to bear in mind that keeping contact (no matter how babyish it may be ridiculed or mocked) with People who care - and I mean REALLY CARE, is of vital importance xxx It's all romantic to drive off into the sunset with a significant other, but, being isolated is terrifying, especially in face of the fact that usually Friends/Neighbours don't WANT to get involved due to long-term difficult situations which may arise ... Also, to remain under the thumb of a dictator, well, that's so awful in a relationship, no matter how big or small ... The biggest logistical problem seems to be on where to draw the line when it comes to protecting the ones that we love and the People, Countries and World that we love xxx Anyways, it is not a nice thing to happen, and those who have been in such tight corners know the truth of 'victimized by a victim' cycle is very, very hard to break xxx
