Ride on I love how you setup the framework for everyone to understand the importance of Structured Data. It's not a question of "should I?" but "when will I?" It's vital to keep up with the evolution of SD because it changes so much. Schema.org is a must bookmark. Just be careful not to confuse Semantic Web and Semantic SEO (my specialty) because it could be confusing.

Thanks for the comment. As the web grows and becomes more connected, we will all need to expand our use of Structured Data. I'll make sure to be very clear on the difference between the Semantic Web and Semantic SEO. Clear definitions and boundaries are essential

Where is possible to validate other vocabularies? Does Google read them? I cannot see the course link...

Google will read other markup as well. Schema.org is definitely the main one but the other can help add context as well.
