Ghiya Raita (घिया रायता)
Ghiya/lauki ( घिया/लौकी) - 3 tsp
Curd (दही ) - 1 cup or 100 gm
Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च) - 1 chopped
Coriander Leaves (धनिये के पत्ते) - 1 tsp
Black Salt (काला नमक) - 1/4 tsp
Salt (नमक ) - 1 tsp or as per taste
Roasted Cumin Seeds (भुना हुआ जीरा बीज) - to garnish
Red Chilli powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - to garnish
Mix vegetable Raita (मिक्स वेजिटेबल रायता )
Curd (दही ) - 1 cup or 100 gm
Tomato (टमाटर) - 1 small chopped
Onion (प्याज) - 1 small chopped
Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च) - 1 chopped
Cucumber (खीरा) - 1 tbsp
Black Salt (काला नमक) - 1/4 tsp
Salt (नमक ) - 1/2 tsp or as per taste

Red Chilli powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - to garnish
Fruits Raita (फल रायता )
Curd (दही ) - 1 cup or 100 gm
Pomegranate (अनार) - 1 tbsp
Apple (सेब) - 1 tbsp
Grapes (अंगूर) - 10-12
Mango (आम) - 1 tbsp
Fresh Cream (ताजा मलाई)- 2 tbsp
Sugar (चीनी)- 1 tsp
Black Pepper - for ganish
Boondi Raita (बूंदी रायता )
Curd (दही ) - 1 cup or 100 gm
Boondi (बूंदी) - 3 tbsp
Green Chutney (चटनी) - 2 tbsp
Coriander Leaves (धनिये के पत्ते) - 1 tsp
Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च) - 1 chopped
Salt (नमक) - 1/4 tsp or as per taste
Cucumber Raita (खीरा रायता )
Curd (दही ) - 1 cup or 100 gm
Cucumber (खीरा) - 2 tbsp
Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च) - 1 chopped
Coriander Leaves (धनिये के पत्ते) - 1 tsp
Black Salt (काला नमक) - 1/4 tsp
