Basically, a sustained note is when you hold a note for an extended period of time (in other words, you hold it for more than just 1 or 2 seconds) with or without vibrato, and a supported note is a note which is sung with the diaphragm being engaged and there being little tension present within the vocal cords. Supported notes do not have to be sustained.

Honestly I would replace Runs with agility. I like her runs, but they're not very inventive and generally follow the same scaling; meanwhile, she is very agile and can hit complex high notes and just keep going. Good video though!
