I see my mother in all of this. To this day, she blames us for her failed marriage. A marriage that failed while I was still a baby and today I am 34 years old. She has refused to take the blame for her failed marriage. Children suffer the failure of their parents failure. It's a sad reality

Jesus give me strength as I struggle to take care of my children. Both of my sons are special needs and require so much from me. Lord Jesus I’m overwhelmed as a single mother. I’m constantly struggling to buy groceries and constantly struggling to pay rent and now that I’m home schooling my sons I’m struggling even more. Lord give me strength I can’t do it without you.

My mother is fun of comparing me to her friend's daughter. I hated her for it. She would tell me how the lady did this and that but she failed to see the sacrifices her mother did for her to become the lady she was becoming. Until one day I rebelled and told her to stop comparing me if she can't make same sacrifices for me.
