Love Jackpot! We always stay there since we live in Montana and make two driving trips a year to Lake Tahoe. You get “Vegas” food and the gambling without the crowds; the pool at Cactus Pete’s is great along with a tower room with a view. Great fun!😀👍🏻

My buddy and I use to drive to Jackpot when I was stationed at Mountain Home Air Force base back in the late 70's. It was a small place but got to drop a lot of nickels in the slots. Love that part of the country.

That's great! The 93 club still has a few machines that take good old fashioned metal nickels. I miss the sound the coins used to make.

Only live about 1 1/2 hours away. Since Cactus Petes closed their buffet, we don't go as often. The buffet was a big draw.

@@randywrealestate nah, my oldest brother Pat plays guitar and is in a very informal casual band with his buddies. I just love music and wish I had the time and talent to learn to play...maybe when I retire. Thanks for the reply.
