Thank you! It really can be hard to tell others about it and feel like they understand…there’s times it’s awful, times it’s very mild, and times where I sometimes feel like I have to exaggerate it a bit to be understood or to avoid someone taking it too lightly. I may seem fine, but it is an invisible condition that can change at any second.

I think that's the sting, that ots invisible. Like you, I struggle, not knowing if I'm exaggerating. I sometimes just think that's my mind playing tricks!!!

@@Letsfaceittogether Exactly, and sometimes the “exaggeration” is maybe more preemptively expecting worse symptoms if you don’t take it easy. I also definitely notice a trend of worse symptoms the next day if I didn’t sleep well or stayed up late.
