I started doing capsule wardrobes two years ago. My life had totally changed financially. I had a ton of clothes just like you and nothing to wear. I completely got rid of a ton of clothes and at first I wasn't sure how we'll I would do with it. It's turned out to be the best thing I ever did. I agree with everything you said. It's totally true. I feel so free and I love my clothes and I love doing my seasonal capsules and I have realized the longer I do it the better I get at buying intentionally rather then some random piece.

I love this concept. I have such a hard time finding pieces of clothing that I love and that is good quality, comfortable, and flattering. When I find something, it’s like finding a unicorn!

Thanks for sharing!! Truly enjoyed this video and completely related to so much of what you said. I used to never be okay with the idea of outfit repeat, I was always after the newest thing. It was exhausting and I had zero personal style, zero direction but my capsule wardrobe helped and it grew my passion to also have less things like makeup, decor etc. I’m so happy and content now!

Once again I am so glad I found your channel!! I've had a goal to create a capsule wardrobe for a few years now but can never seem to follow through. I have some bad spending habits and love clothes. But I've noticed some major discontentment in the state of my current wardrobe and realize that it's because I still lack key, foundational pieces, even if most of what I currently own are things I do love. You're really helping me to reevaluate and curb some impulsive spending (just as I was watching your video I was also contemplating buying a top and was encouraged to say no!) and it's helping me see where I really want to divert my money.

I'm just curious. Do you do washing everyday? I have a limited wardrobe and do one wash everyday. My son however has a lot more clothes and changes 2-3 times a day.

I do laundry once a week and that seems to work out just fine☺️ But if we had kids, I’m sure we would be doing it a lot more often haha
