Yes, I’m an almond milk girl too 😊 my family has all converted to oat milk but I’m not a fan of the taste just yet haha have you always liked the taste?
@nataliacortesasseff55083 жыл бұрын
@@MadisonDohnt I forgot to reply 😅 I prefer almond milk but I think oat is nice too, it does take time to get used to it when you are used to almond milk. I feel that oat milk taste more like cereal leftover cow's milk.

Rice milk for me, afraid of soy and don't like coconut. Not found an alternative yogurt I like yet...these are terrible.

I love love love soy milk but I’m hearing so many conflicting things on how healthy it is and how it affects hormone levels
@MadisonDohnt3 жыл бұрын
It’s definitely a complicated topic! Would you like me to do a video on it maybe? Is this something you have tried searching for more information on in the past? X

@@MadisonDohnt I’d love that actually! And yeah I have but for me it seems nearly impossible to cut out both dairy and soy so I just went with the latter tbh

It’s definitely a little confusing with dairy for me, I have been studying Weston A. Price and he studies many different tribes that ate traditional diets that our ancestors ate. They say that raw milk is extremely good for women with the amount of vitamins in it and also as a reproduction food (along with eggs, including fish eggs) is what they used to feed women and men in child Bering age. And they had no health problems with most of them living to be over 100 years old.

I workout twice a day abs and core in the morning and legs in the evening, the app i use to train doesn't say if it's HIIt, i don't think so, what's the difference between HIIT and working out with booty bands and body weight? Can this be the cause of my anxiety on the last month? Also stomachache? Each work out have 30 minutes maximum. I just quit the BC 5 days , today i have a withdrawal blood, i take multivitamins and minerals suplemento, omega 3,6, 9, i take maca root as a must even before quiting the BC, also i take melatonin with passiflora to sleep well. Could the excess of exercise affect my mood and digestion?

Hi, I am a personal trainer. Hiit is high intensity interval training and an example of it would be an all out sprint for 30 seconds...like as fast as you can possibly go....then rest for 2 minutes and repeat for maybe 10 times? What you are doing with bands is not hiit. There is a big difference between interval training and hiit . If you can barely catch your breath....that’s hiit .
