I have some extra lore as well, the 3 headed dog heads around the map we all later know it's "Cerberus". Cerberus is tied in with Greek Mythology. Cerberus guards the gates of Hell to make sure no one leaves Hell, so Cerberus must be in Mob of The Dead to keep these 4 from escaping. But I then heard that each head represents something. The dog head at the docks represents the past, the 4 mobsters were taken into the prison when they were arrested, the dog outside of spawn at the cell block represents the present, the 4 mobsters are in the prison and plan out the escape, and the dog up in the infirmary represents the future, the 4 mobsters finished planning out the plan and build the plane to escape. Another thing about the map is the weapons to fit the mobster vibe, the M1927 Tommy gun, AK47 and Uzi. But the weapon that stands out in Mob of The Dead is the Blundergat, crossed over of a blunderbuss and gatling gun. You may already say this doesn't fit the mobster vibe, BUT before Alcatraz became a prison it was first used as a fort in the Civil War and Treyarch decided to give the Warden a backstory of how he collected weapons from the Civil War and they made this, the Blundergat.

German infantrymen were coked out of their minds; staying up for days under grueling conditions fighting their enemy in combat. Adrenaline could have given them an edge. And you may have a point there. However. I do not think it is what is administered from the small syringes as displayed in game. Many medics carried morphine that match up almost indefinitely with the medication-distribution model in game.

There was one story where in Solidarity confinement. There were red eyes who stared back at the prisoners who were in the cell. There are stories of prisoners screaming out of nowhere in one of the solidarity confinement cells. Some were found dead with red marks around their necks.

Just what I heard. I actually visited Alcatraz island when me and my mom went to visit my brother. There is some modern history to Alcatraz island. Some native Americans went to the island and graffitied the walls. And even stayed down in Alcatraz's basement for a few days. You could look it up on Google Alcatraz native American protest. It shouldn't be to hard to find.

The time loop can be from the mythologly of the guy who pushed a boulder to the top of a cliff living doing the same thing every day or something. Also 4 inmates escaping Alcatraz well 4 inmates actually did escape some say they died during the escape some say one of them survived the escape or all did I'm not sure but some actually escaped one guy was unable to for certain reasons they dug a tunnel to escape but a metal pipe was in the way during the one guys escape. They did make a makeshift raft to escape. The only thing I know is that the three disappeared in 1962
