Well said. In some branches like ophthalmology, DNB in a good place like Sankara, Aravind, LVP is better than MD/MS at a newbie medical college where surgical skills might be insufficiently imparted. This is another advantage that many post NEET candidates are unaware of. It’s important to not lose sight of the big picture while running behind the MD/MS tag.

Are you talking about doing dnb after ms and preparing for neet ss or doing dnb and preparing? If it's the former, better to focus more on neet SS since dnb would just be an added degree. If you asking for the latter, then yes dnb exams are just like ms finals ( though tougher I agree). But it is possible.

If your dnb institute gives you good opportunities then dnb anesthesia is also good. Basically it is never about md vs dnb. It is about which institute you are looking at.

If it is awarding a DNB degree at the end of your course, yes it is equal to MD/MS.
