this is really beautiful..as a Muslim I'd like to add, we have the same concept in Islam, to wake up first thing in the morning & offer Salah (a direct connection with the LORD), making dua to him as in what we want, or whatever it is we want to tell him, and then asking for His guidance & mercy (there are certain prayers for this too). We (Muslims) sacrifice cattle once a year, that too, using a very sharp knife that severs the carotid artery, jugular vein and windpipe in a single swipe (the HALAL method) - to avoid unnecessary suffering, pain and distress. However, since you put a question without knowledge, the countries to consume the most meat in the world (alive/stunned via electric shocks and then killed) are China (majority non Muslim), Australia (majority non Muslim), USA (majority non Muslim), Argentina (majority non Muslim), Bahamas (majority non Muslims) and many other majority non Muslim countries. Yet, you have the audacity to pick on Muslims who are the LEAST meat consuming countries. Chi
