Wow, these were all severely blown out of proportion. Alia had mentioned she has adhd and it seems like he's referring to that with being messy and all over the place. The daal chawal was a famous line from YJHD and he clearly meant she completes all his requirements for all seasons saying woh tahka ha achaar hai pyaaz hai - he did not imply she was boring.
