I think what makes him a great leader is not only is love and respect for the other two members, but he knows how to handle each member in the manner best for that member, he leads from behind, always giving the other members the spot light. He is smart, caring, and we have seen him stay back to work while the others are off for a fun time. He soften hurt for them, like the time the question was who is the slowest to learn a dance, the others were all saying Jin and laughing, RM said “ it’s RM he is the slowest” to make Jin feel better , at the began when any member got hate messages, when he translated he lied and made it a good message. So he took on that hate on to himself.
