5tips : for 2023 1) don't wish, expect from yourself. 2)Give your mind a big goal to keep putting strong efforts.. 3)never compare yourself with others and if someone is doing better than you....appreciate and learn from them and not to be jealous and insecure. 4)take small action against your challenges and fear.(karo category se fear dur karo) 5)have a learning mindset to learn some things everyday such as new skill, new work, new challenge, etc...and have a growth mindset.. Hello sir Maine medical preparation 3 years ki thi but mera selection nhi hua uske baad mera intrest na hote hue bhi ghr walo ke khne pr BA se graduation complete kri ab to medical field mai mera to Koi intrest nhi rha but mujhe kuch bda hi krna hai isliye maine upsc ke liye socha but mujhe lgta h mere pass waise skill nhi h aur mai consistent bhi nhi rh pati but kise aur field mai mera mannn bhi lgta family friends teacher bolte rhte one day exam ka koi job lelo uske liye sochti hu but phir dil nhi lgta aur phir whi upsc ka dimmag mai ata aur uske liye mere utni intensity nhi h mai kya kru mai depression mai ja rhi aur din bhr overthink krti rhti And jitne bhi mere friends selected h mai unse door hi rhti coz jaise apne bataya jealousy mujhe nhi pta jealous h ya khud ke failure ka depressed mai khush nhi rh pati isliye mere friends bhi mujhe negative person ki tarha treat krte h nd Sare motivational speaker aise bolte bhi h ki negative personality se door rho isliye mere friends bhi Mujhse door ho rhe h in fact mere family members ko bhi mai ab nhi psnd aati hu
