Thank you for your tips. Though my voice has had some improvement, I made an appointment with the ENT for next week. I just want to know if there is hope for a full recovery.

That is a very wise step! Have your voice properly evaluated and ask the doctor all your questions.

I'm only discovering today that my condition has a name. And I'm feeling so bad. I thought I was born like that and there is no way to improve it. I can't even keep talking properly through continuous hours

Mam for last 6-7months I feel some mild foreign particles in my throat near Adam's Apple. Doctor made indirect lyragoscopy and said that I have small nodules in my left vocal folds and adviced my for voice rest and to consult speech therapist. I consulted with a SPL . He said I have a mild hoarseness in my voice though I never feel any tiredness and hoarseness in my voice. He advised me to make sound of vowel a,e,u at least 15sec continue. Mam please advice me what should be my proper voice therapy though I take vapour 4 times per day.

What is working for your voice? If you find something (exercise or massage) that releases tension from your voice, then include it in your daily routine to prevent strain.
