I was totally going to comment this but I'm glad I checked to see if anyone else did lol!!! Interesting to see how people pronounce things though! I was taught more like "keh-sa-di-ya" :)

Mexican (born and raised!) here! You are right, Michaela, it's "Keh-sah-di-ya" No "n" in between nor soft "elle" sound, but rather like a hard "j" (The same way you say the name Jay, the same J is rather strong and short!") Kinda funny to explain, and funny to listen to, but it's kinda ringy-yet-cute when someone mispronounce spanish words!

A video about how you maintain your hormone levels would be super helpful. I do have alot of the problems you listed that I've been fighting for years with no explanation from dr.s till recently. Apparently my spine is in really really bad shape but we are working hard to get it in top top shape. Also I have had hypothyroid since I was 21 but wasnt diagnosed until 24... so that counteracts alot of the good habits I've had over my life could never understand why I would continue to gain weight no matter what... love you krissy. So happy I discovered you about 5 weeks ago and I cant get enough of your videos your adorable and so genuine keep up the amazing work luv!

I think I like HIIT the most!! I also think it would be very informative if you make a video about hormone balance ! I actually never thought about hormones in relation to my fit life before so I think that will be very interesting!! ❤️❤️

Hormone imbalance check vid would be amazing!! Personal note, I haven’t had a period for almost 9 months 🥺 I’ve increased cals, decreased workout sessions, and gained healthy fat but it’s still a no show 😢 Also, your pronunciation of Quesadilla had me cracking up, love it haha

Katelyn Fisher Hey! I’m not an expert or anything, but have a check at what supplements or powders you’re using. Maca powder is known to take away/reduce people’s periods sometimes, but there are loads of other superfoods and supplements that likely have similar effects. Just another thing to check really -hope this helps in anyway xx edit: Also check with your doctor!!! 9 months is a long time & you may have lost it due to something else going on.

Definitely check with your doctor! I don’t want to scare you but not having your period could be a sign for various illnesses that have to be taken very seriously! When my period stopped for 2 months & I checked with the doctor it was just a hormonal imbalance, but I still needed treatment/medicine to get back into a period cycle. Please don’t wait any longer to get professional help!!!

Hey! I'd suggest going to your gynecologist or an endocrinologist because amenorrhea (not having your period) is a symptom of polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) or problems with one of your glands. I don't mean to scare you or anything, just offering information. It could also be as simple as you're not getting the right nutrition for your body, which a really good nutritionist can help with. I went a full year and a half without having a period, and now I'm trying to get my health in order so it will come back.

JCAbaraoha I second this! Also, try to look for a modern clinic. They don’t work with those scary metal tools, but they insert a tiny camera to check your inside ;) It doesn’t hurt at all, so I’d highly recommend a modern clinic.

1. 1:57 Set yourself a realistic goal 2. 4:35 Consider counting your calories and macros, at least at the beginning to help you learn about nutrition and portion control (so later you are able to accurately eyeball it without counting) 3. 10:23 Portion control using the hand method 4. 14:05 Balance between exercise & nutrition, types of cardio, don't forget resistance and strength training 5. 18:45 There could potentially be something going on in your body that prevents you from losing weight/fat even though you're doing everything right (illnesses, injuries, conditions, stress, anxiety)

Krissy, about that nasal spray, although it feels amazing, it’s really bad for you! No otorhinolaryngology (nose doctor) ever recommends it because it damages your mucous lining and may get you addicted with time because it temporarily decongests you and when you feel congested again you will keep on using it. I know it feels horrible, but just let the congestion cure itself with time.

Make sure that’s cinnamon!! 😂 I made my favorite blueberry kodiak pankcakes, went to put some cinnamon on it, and drenched CUMIN on it. Needless to say those taco pancakes went in the trash 😂😂😂😂

Hey Krissy, My hormonal imbalance and anxiety have interfered with my fitness journey tremendously. I train hard and eat healthy but my body seems to have its own agenda. I just think it was super cute when you tried to say Quesadilla!! Ok so one tip if you want it to taste better, try heating up the tortilla first, then add the cheese so it melts inside, once its done then add the chicken or protein and salsa. Thanks for the tips! i love hearing you.

Hi love, you can use a facial steamer and vaporiser to clear the blocked nose. It really helps! You can get it from any drugstore or from amazon. Also, hot showers also help. Hope you’ll feel better soon. Love you always and forever! 💖

For cardio... usually neither! Lol but after lifting I’ll do a power walk/jog for 20 minutes which I know isn’t long enough for LISS but was a good way to just cool down. But now I’ve hurt my ankle so I can’t do leg days but I am allowed to cycle and swim! It’s too cold to swim (even in LA) so in replacement of my leg days I’m doing 15 minutes of HIIT on the bike and some abs and I’m actually really enjoying it

Great tips Krissy and greatly appreciated. I agree with all of it and thoroughly enjoy how real you are as it's absolutely uplifting. Hope you feel better soon.It's great that you went to the gym even when you aren't feeling great as I feel that exercise sometimes gets rid of the toxins that tend to built up in our bodies. Please do the video about hormonal imbalance! I get so tired if I just sit down to the point where I could just fall asleep, I get really bad mood swings etc, I thought I may have an under active thyroid but doctor tested me and all my bloods came back clear. So any at home methods I could try would be really helpful!

I tend to over eat with out knowing it cuz when I'm hungry I fill my plate and I'm definitely gonna try the hand technique. This video was super helpful thank you so much Krissy!! 😊❤😊❤

I really want to be comfident and happy with my body again! I am super uncomfortable with my body at the time, and I am gonna try my hardest to get back t where I was, hopefully in time for the summer! Last summer was my best time both physicaly and mentaly in years, but I let my body get back to where it was before that🙃 thank you for these tips!

It’s so hard to get the motivation of working out but definitely portion control and carbs help me to reduce my weight. Knowing you’ve got your curvy self ooo 🤭

A video on muscle soreness and how to keep consistent on the training for the week when you are so sore you can barely move would be great!!!! I did the circuit from the tone and scuplt gym guide week 5 and it's two days later and I'm still sore. How do you do a circuit like that and then do quads and calves the next day????? Tips would be great! 👌👌👌

Girl!! Your videos help me out so much!! I’d love to hear about how you keep things on track with a boyfriend. I know Jack is on the same healthy lifestyle track as you but what if your significant other isn’t quit there with you? It does make things harder to stay on track so I would love to hear what you think.
