I definitely need to start screen breaks. The screen is so draining. One thing I want to get back into that helped me so much was working out on my break. I would take 30 minutes everyday or every other day to work out on my yoga mat. Completely refreshes me for the afternoon and I get the exercise I need to stay healthy!

I love that and love you! It takes a lot of motivation to pull out your mat and get into a workout during the day but I find it’s just starting that’s the hardest part.

I definitely will start implementing all of these tips. I’ve been feeling digitally burnt out for a while now. I’m so grateful I found this video. It will be 2years towards the end of March that I’ve been WFH. Thank you ❤️

I’m right here with ya! Sometimes I love WFH for the convenience of not commuting, easily accessible snacks, & pup companionship but other days it feels like I never get out of the house or interact with others. Take care of yourself! ☺️
